Social Media Strategist (Freelance)
The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, "Type-A" Social Media Manager & Content Coordinator to turn our internal content strategies into a flawless, repeatable production machine. You aren't just creating content in a vacuum; you are the architect of our content calendar, the gatekeeper of our posting cadence, and the daily voice of our community across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
If you love spreadsheets, color-coded calendars, strict deadlines, and clean digital organization, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Project Management: Build, maintain, and ruthlessly organize the Delavie Creative content calendar. Convert high-level internal strategies into concrete weekly to-do lists for the team.
Platform Management & Cadence: Own the publishing schedule for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Ensure content is optimized for each platform's layout and posted at the exact right cadence.
IP & Asset Organization: Keep our digital asset libraries (Notion, Google Drive) meticulously organized. Ensure templates, raw footage, and "Content Playbooks" are always easy to find and reuse.
Community Management: Actively manage inbound engagement. Respond to comments, filter DMs for high-value leads, and foster meaningful conversations with our audience of New Media creatives, producers, and strategists.
Performance Tracking: Maintain a simple dashboard tracking key metrics so the team can easily see what content drives the most engagement and course interest.
Qualifications (Required)
Meticulous Organization: You are naturally "Type-A." You thrive on structure, clear workflows, and checking items off a list.
Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of the mechanics of LinkedIn (thought leadership/carousels), Instagram (Reels/Stories), and YouTube (Shorts/Community tab).
Systems & Tools: Proficient with project management tools (Notion/Asana) and social scheduling software (e.g., Later, Buffer, or Metricool).
High-End Communication: Confident English writer with strong copywriting skills who understands how to match the premium, sustainable voice of the Delavie brand.
Proposed Range (flexible based on experience): Monthly Retainer (40 hours/mo): €800 – €1,000 + VAT.
